Description

This preparation is based on a prized marine fish, the palamita, which is characterized by its high biological value of protein and richness in polyunsaturated fatty acids of the Omega 3 series, which are essential for ensuring the fluidity of cell membranes and the functionality of the immune system. The presence of the cooking broth improves the palatability of the preparation. Rice provides a small share of very digestible carbohydrates.
